I did not receive an delivery notification!Updated a month ago

 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse the delivery notification will be send to you. 

There are a few possible options why you have not received a delivery notification yet. Did you use a different e-mail address when ordering? That might be the reason why you can´t find your delivery notification. It can also be that your order has not been shipped yet. Please check our delivery times to estimate when your delivery should leave our warehouse. 

Depending on our delivery time your order will be packed and send out. Usually the delivery notification will not be send out the same day as the order was established. Please be patient and contact our customer service ([email protected] in case your could not find the answer your where looking for.
