The products you ordered are damaged? Please contact our customer Service which products in your order experienced damage during the delivery process. If it is possible please attach pictures of the damage. This way our customer service can help you out in the best possible way.

If the exterior of your package is damaged in an unacceptable way please refuse the acceptance of the package. Unfortunately damage can accrue during the delivery process. In this case please contact our customer service and describe the problem to achieve another delivery of your order.
